HEALTH CoLab is Health and Care Videos’ very own crowdfunding site where health trusts and specialties come together to fund and develop new digital health interventions that improve pathways of care, at a lower cost.

What is HEALTH CoLab?

HEALTH CoLab gives you a way improve your pathways of care whilst sharing the cost with others.

The use of digital interventions in pathways of care can reduce costs and increase capacity, but often the cost of development is beyond the reach of an individual hospital or specialty department. HEALTH CoLab solves this problem. Ideas can be generated by the trusts and clinicians and the costs shared with their peers countrywide.

Health and Care Videos enables this to happen through the HEALTH CoLab. It’s a place where great projects can be advertised and teams can bid to become Collaborators and part of the production team. This means that collaborators can influence the project, get the digital interventions they need and reap the benefits they bring such as reducing costs or increasing capacity.

How do projects get listed on HEALTH CoLab?

In the work we do with our clients, we see many ways to improve health systems.  When we those great opportunities we will post the projects on the site, but we also have clinicians putting forward ideas.  We then do research and put the project costings together before getting it live on HEALTH CoLab and share it with interested parties.

Ideas could range from suggestions for a new video series, patient apps or the complete redesign of a clinical pathways.

    If more than the stated number of collaborators required apply, the first to respond will be chosen.  If less than the stated number of collaborators required apply, all respondents will be given the option to increase their investment before participation is confirmed.

    Registering your interest to participate does not bind you to taking part.   Final collaborators will be agreed and service agreements will be distributed for signature.
